Good Morning, Good Evening, or Good somewhere in between! I want to write something inspiring to read in the morning, but I am uber distracted, so here is the best I can do. Today's podcast I think was good: What do you do with your feelings of anger? It is also really relevant in today's climate. I hope you'll listen, but if not - here is the short version. Anger is a way to get your attention. What you do after that is up to you. Use it for good, use it for evil. It is all your choice. Simple, but not easy! Ok, here is the other thing where I am very limited in my own life, you? I CAN multi-task, but as time goes by I seem to be less efficient and end up making lots of effort with little quality results. What works best for me is one big thing at a time. Which means I just wait sometimes doing nothing to finish the big thing. Which you can see when I talk to you about doing one thing every day in order to make change creates some problems... But also opportunities if you allow your self to be organized about it! And on some days? Well maybe that one thing is all that gets done, but WAY better than nothing getting done. And, after time passes, it is amazing how all those little one things add up! So in this moment I am on hold. I am struggling to even type I am making so many errors due to my high level of distraction. So with that, again, I suggest you listen to the podcast today! If not, I'll be back here will you?
