Ok, down to business. Running late tonight so I am sorry if I miss my deadline for those living on the other side of the world!
But, here we are as we start with the video! I think it works best if you just relax and plan on watching instead of watching for when you plan on stopping watching.
I have noticed there is a difference:)
I don't know if this letter theme is working for you or not, but I do like it as an idea. I get SO bored by slow, meditation type videos or audio recordings.
I want to reach you, not preach or worse, put you to sleep.
But the decision to just watch it unhooks something and it is that 'something' that is the goal to let go of.
The 'no more pushing' for right now feeling. The video itself gives your brain the time to refocus on something neutral - there is nothing to decide, just observe.
Then, after the video, is the moment when the greatest chance for change occurs. It is the moment you are most empty of everything that has been distracting you.
But you need to grab that moment because as soon as you think about your 'to do' list, the phone rings, the message beep, beeps - it will be gone.
And most likely, the entire day with it.
You KNOW that is how it works!
So to recap: just breathe, let go, watch, don't think, then.... pause and decide what you want to think about.
Do you want to LIVE, I mean really live?
Who do you want to be TODAY?
Two very important questions waiting on you to answer.
After all, it is your life, make it count!
